strive to be as fair as possible. When requesting a price match, please be
aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
Our Low Price Guarantee is valid only for legitimate
Internet retailers.
Prices will not be compared to auction sites, products sold
by a third party classified ad, member-only sites, second-hand sites, special
purchasing clubs, blemished, counterfeit, refurbished and/or defective items,
special orders, products subject to a no return policy, liquidation sales,
mail-in rebate offers, products with special financing offers, or where a
service commitment is included in the transaction, in-store
promotions/exclusives, and websites selling wholesale products to resellers.
Proof must be from the competitor's web page. Proof cannot
be a verbal or written price quote, a price ticket from a store, or any undated
material.
The Internet retailer must have the identical product in
stock and the product is priced accurately.
Guarantee excludes any items containing special giveaways,
rebates, bundles, or any extra incentives.
Valid only at time of purchase.
Limited to stock on hand.
We only price match USA websites in US funds.
Prices are compared by item and include the product price,
plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use
coupons, promotional offers, royaldiscount.com rebates, or product-bundle
pricing on the order.
Our Price Guarantee may be limited in quantity at our
discretion.
Available coupons and rebates will be deducted from the
royaldiscount.com price to come up with a net price when calculating the price
match. (For example, if you buy an item from us for $100, and we offer a $20
rebate, the net price is $80. If the item is available from another company for
$80 or more, there will be no price match.)
Miscellaneous Policies
royaldiscount.com reserves the right to verify another
company's product availability and price before issuing a price match guarantee.
No dealers or resellers of any kind qualify for our low
price guarantee.
