  • Q: How many users does Office 365 Business Essentials support?

    A: Office 365 Business Essentials supports a maximum of 300 users. If you have, or will have more than 300 users please consider our other plan options.

  • Q: What forms of payment can I use?

    A: All major credit cards are accepted. Your subscription charge will appear on your credit card statement every month.

  • Q: What payment options are available? Can I pay monthly or annually?

    A: At Royal, you can pay month to month, or purchase yearly. Our goal is not to lock you into a long term contract, but to provide the services you need at a schedule that makes sense to you.

  • Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    A: Yes, cancel at any time. Month to month commitments will not incur any termination charges. Annual commitments that are paid month to month may have some termination fees associated if you opt for the yearly plan..

  • Q: What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

    A: Your data is yours to keep, not ours. Should you opt to cancel your subscription, you will easily be provided options to download your data (emails, docs, files, etc) to save to another location. This data will be available to the account administrator for 90 days after cancellation.

  • Q: What if I already own a domain name?

    A: Add the domain to the admin center and easily manage, create or delete domain-based email addresses.

  • Q: I will need extra help setting up Office 365. Who can help?

    A: We can help. Simply call 1-877-292-7712 or contact us via the web and someone will respond shortly.

  • Q: Can I switch to other Office 365 plans?

    A: Absolutely, transition at any time using the Switch plans wizard located in the 365 Administrator Center. Alternatively one of our reps can help you make this switch-over in the event you have questions.

  • Q: Can I mix and match different Office 365 plans?

    A: Yes, mix and match plans to your business’ needs.

  • Q: Is Internet access required for Office 365?

    A: Internet access is recommended to install and configure the applications – but is not required once they are setup. Use both online or just offline – just like your previous versions of office.
